Online coaching
Make no mistakes about it; online coaching is no substitute to hands on learning, hard work or time served. There is no magic bullet that exercises or numbers on a document will provide, and there are no quick fixes to technique that an online guru can give.

In my online coaching, focus is on three things:
First of all, structure. I pride myself for knowing numbers, knowing human body, and the intuition and experience created ability of being able to adapt that knowledge into individual needs. Programming for strength is 50% repetition, 25% science and 25% art. Sounds like a catchphrase, but I honestly see it as thus. I will use all my ability to create the best program for each of my clients. It is a process of trial and error, an will take a few months to get perfected, but if successful, a good coach-client relationship can yield untold results.

Secondly, technical advice. I am the first to admit there are people who have technical ability superior to mine. Plenty of them. People who can dissect other people's technique? Not as many. I am not the world's absolute best technique coach, but I do say you are hard pressed to find better, all powerlifting disciplines included. And where I have lack of knowledge, I have no issue admitting it and pointing you to right direction. Technical advice online is not as fruitful as real time face to face advice, but having constant feedback makes a world of difference.
The third main offering is accountability. You are accountable for your training, your technique, and having consistency in both. That in itself may be more important than the fanciest programming or the most fine tuned technique. Consistency beats all other modalities.

The 90£ monthly payment includes the program and any adjustments it needs along the way, feedback on your training videos and answers to questions (usually within 24 hours), weight cut and diet advice, consultation on planning the year competitively, and any other help I can give with my experience.

1 to 1 coaching
This is simply normal, face to face training to assess and perfect technique. I focus on troubleshooting certain movements, usually the bench press. Sessions take anywhere from 60-120 minutes, I will not cut a session short if more is to be gained. This is for fine tuning technique and learning to use new equipment etc. instead of general personal training.
60£ plus possible gym fee. I travel a lot, thus this is not a regular option, more subject to availability.

Workshops
I have delivered workshops around the world on benching, powerlifting, programming and similar areas. It is not my mainstay, but something that I am always willing to entertain, and really enjoy doing. My presentation skills are better than most industry professional, mostly because I present for a living and spent years as a professional actor. Without sounding arrogant, I deliver!
Every workshop deal is bespoke, so get in touch if interested.

One-off programs
This is a 12-week program, one off, no coaching obligation. The deal includes me assessing your current situation with a questionnaire and videos, trying to gauge you and giving individual feedback on all lifts. I will then form a 12-week program in conjunction with you. Once the program is ready, I can redo or tweak it once during the 12 week period, but the constant support of coaching is not included.
At 140£ it is cheap and optimal to use for one off peaking for a meet, successful off season structure, or if you want to test my coaching skills no strings attached.
