the man behind the plan

Dr Kalle Eemeli Ylitalo-JAmes
The title says Dr.
That may indicate I have half a brain, but in all fairness my degrees are in creative and social fields. Humanities degree hardly sets anyone up for delivering results in strength sports.
What does is the fact that I have trained for over 3 decades, competed for over twenty years, and coached for 16 years. I have stopped counting, but I can say with certainty I have coached dozens of National champions, at least a dozen world record holders, plus numerous non-competitive people. I have done the research, done the mistakes, walked the walk, and learnt from it all.

I have coached high level athletes in combat sports and team sports, but my mainstay is powerlifting. It is fair to say I know the sport. I have competed in numerous martial arts but most of my competitive career has been spent in all forms of powerlifting and bench pressing. I have three different country's national medals, boast a claim of benching 300kg or more in all six continents, and have International medals of several federations.

My biggest claim for coaching pedigree aren't academic qualification or certificates. It is thousands of hours of reading, studying and travelling to learn from the best. It is years of delivering results, lecturing, and coaching.
I turned myself, a very mediocre lifter, into the first and only man in Europe to bench press over 500kg, and have turned other, more or less regular athletes into national and international champions.
And there is a strong chance I can make you perform better also.
